Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and discounts. Maintain phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred, particularly in a grocery store setting. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register.
