Job Description

We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will perform clerical duties. More specifically, you will: Answer incoming phone calls. Assist in coordinating travel and trade shows. Provide administrative support. Serve as support for sales and marketing. Entering phone and will call orders. Call on existing and potential customers. Ensure customer satisfaction. Support the overall business success and needs of our customers.
The ideal candidate will:
Cheerfully and enthusiastically care for customers' needs. Accept responsibility and account for actions. Communicate professionally. Pay attention to details. Take initiative and complete assignments with little supervision. Be organized and follow policies and systematic method of performing tasks. To apply for this position, you must have high school diploma (or GED), and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
