Job Overview All Electrical Company is seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly Customer Service Representative / Dispatch Service Representative (CSR/DSR) to join our growing team. This role is essential to our daily operations and customer experience, serving as the main point of contact between our customers and field technicians. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally and courteously Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians efficiently Enter and update job details accurately in our system Communicate job updates between customers and technicians Handle basic billing questions and collect customer information Maintain a calm, positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Support office operations as needed Skills Previous customer service, dispatch, or office experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable using computers, phones, and scheduling software Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure Plumbing or construction industry experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
