Shift:
- Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM EST
- What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health
- Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution
- _Responsibilities_
- + Provides services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and order problem/dispute resolution.
- _Qualifications_
- + High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred + 2-4 years' experience in Customer Service preferred + Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required + Team-oriented mindset + Demonstrate a passion for healthcare + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
