Duties Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Assist customers by answering inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving issues promptly. Enter orders accurately into our computer systems, ensuring data integrity and timely processing. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, order details, and follow-up actions using Microsoft Office tools and other software. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth client services and efficient workflow. Requirements Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or client services is advantageous. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in typing and analysis of information. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for daily tasks. Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Demonstrated outbound calling experience with the ability to engage clients professionally over the phone. Exceptional communication skills, including clear articulation and active listening. Knowledge of technical systems or software used in order entry or customer management is a plus.
