Job Description

Northern Hills Federal is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Call Center Representative. A summary of this position includes, but is not limited to, the following: The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling a variety of member service calls and assisting with member questions and problems courteously and promptly, while maintaining NHFCU's professional reputation. Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective business relations with members, vendors, and trade professionals. Routes calls to appropriate areas as applicable. Completes and maintains related reports, records, and files. Performs miscellaneous support functions and special projects as assigned. The Call Center Representative will also receive training in Service Associate duties and responsibilities. The Service Associate is responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashiers' checks, money orders, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Service Associates with a variety of duties as required. Ensures that members are promptly and professionally served both in person and on the telephone.
Education/Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent. Excellent communication and public relations skills. Financial or Teller experience is beneficial. NHFCU offers a competitive salary, paid holidays, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan, and more.
