Job Description

DRS Product Returns is a leading provider of Product Return and Product Recall Services in the Consumer Product Industry. We offer a suite of high touch and high-tech solutions to cost-effectively process all types of product returns, develop and drive returns policy compliance and optimize asset recovery. Since 1991, companies focused on supply chain innovation have turned to DRS for our industry leading services and solutions to maintain their competitive edge in the dynamic space of reverse logistics. We have recovered millions of dollars for our clients through repackaging, remarketing, and liquidating discontinued, obsolete, slow moving, and short dated inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary responsibilities will be data entry into our proprietary systems
  • Receive, verify, validate and process information. May create / maintain / organize documents and files
  • Routine reporting to clients
  • Maintain product and pricefiles, Standard Operation Procedure documentation, and training manuals
  • Maintain distribution lists and / or databases, verify and enter information
  • Ensure timely and appropriate dissemination of information
  • Assist with audit organization, preparation, and response
  • Provide support with presentation development and editing as required
  • Additional duties as required in support of team functions or new business opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Two or Four year degree in applicable field of study or compensatory work experience is preferred
  • 2+ years experience with data entry: 10-key pad & PC
  • 2+ years experience with customer service
  • Possess intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel (Basic formula functions, V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting)
  • Demonstrable skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Knowledge of Access are a plus)
  • Organization, typing, phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with excellent grammar and communication skills (written and verbal with internal team and external customers)
  • Ability to take direction and work independently Shift hours are M-F 8:00 a.
m. - 4:30 p.m.
Pay:
$18.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
