Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that makes customers feel valued. Experience in retail sales or cashiering, demonstrating proficiency in basic math and retail math. Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in transactions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse customers. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a wider range of customers. Previous supervising experience is preferred, showcasing leadership qualities in a retail setting. Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create attractive product displays.
