Duties Conduct outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients through telemarketing, community events, and networking to promote life insurance products. Build strong customer relationships by understanding client needs, explaining policy options clearly, and offering personalized solutions. Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to meet client expectations while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details efficiently. Provide comprehensive client communication on policy benefits, coverage details, and claims processes to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products to effectively advise clients on the best coverage options. Maintain knowledge of insurance regulation changes and industry best practices to ensure compliant and ethical sales practices. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a focus on client engagement and negotiation. Familiarity with insurance sales, benefits administration, or telemarketing is highly desirable. Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and matching them with appropriate insurance solutions. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client populations effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems for managing customer data and sales activities. Knowledge of health insurance, life insurance, property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance concepts is preferred. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building trust and explaining complex policies clearly. $72,664.58 - $87,510.03 per year
