Joe Sarrio State Farm is hiring a Customer Care Representative in Collierville, TN who truly enjoys helping people — answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every customer feels taken care of. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to support retention and loyalty Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism Qualifications No prior insurance experience required Willingness to obtain the required Property and Casualty license Positive, professional, customer-first attitude Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Company events, contests, and team lunches Pay range: $45,000-$75,000 per year This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Qualifications to be employees of a State Farm agent are established by each independent contractor agent.
