Type:
full-time LeadsPedia is looking for a motivated, curious Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our team in our Franklin, TN office. As a CSA, you'll play an important role in the customer experience, working directly with customers every day while learning the LeadsPedia platform and the performance marketing industry. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and working with people. We'll give you the training and support you need to become a LeadsPedia expert and grow your career with us.
Responsibilities Customer Support:
Provide a great customer experience through one-on-one interactions via LiveChat, phone, email, and support tickets.
Tickets & Integrations:
Become an expert in the LeadsPedia platform and help customers troubleshoot issues, work through support requests, and complete integration setups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to communicate customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and help improve the overall customer experience.
Documentation:
Create and maintain helpful documentation for our Platform and Portal so customers can find answers and become more self-sufficient.
Cross-Functional Projects:
Get involved in projects across the company, with opportunities to build experience in areas like customer insights, operations, learning & development, and quality assurance.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that makes sense to any audience. Persistent and proactive when solving problems and getting things done. Technically curious and excited to learn new software. Willingness to travel occasionally (
