RESPONSIBILITIES

Create meaningful connections with customers and offer solutions for their needs Educate and inform customers of in-store specials and current promotions Achieve personal and store performance measures to earn bonus opportunities Continuously educate yourself about Jan's products to share all available solutions Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Be a member of a team that creates a positive engaging environment that is contagious to customers and brings them back for more!
