Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service in a fast casual restaurant setting Take customer orders accurately using Toast POS system, and process transactions efficiently with cash handling skills Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation procedures Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while adhering to food safety regulations Requirements Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or customer service within a quick service or restaurant environment preferred Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Strong communication skills with the ability to serve diverse customers professionally and courteously Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Experience working in a café, grocery store, or retail environment is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering excellent food service and memorable customer experiences.
