Service Advisor

Job Summary America's Motor Sports has been in the powersports business for over forty years, serving the riding communities from Nashville and beyond. If so, we have a great opportunity for you as a Service Advisor/Writer in Lebanon, TN . Responsibilities and Duties Work with the dealership management software, Lightspeed EVO. Interact with customers regarding their service and recommended necessary maintenance items. Act as liaison between customers and technicians. Actively work to promote a spirit of harmony with other departments. Work with manufacturers to resolve issues and warranty. Qualifications and Skills Previous service writing experience preferred Motorcycling/powersports experience preferred Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday Outgoing with a friendly personality, especially while handling objections Have quality customer service skills Possess strong communication skills - including both written and verbal Have outstanding listening skills Must be able to work Tuesday - Friday from 9am-6pm, and Saturday 9am-4pm. Additional hours as needed. Opportunity to earn Commission pay in a busy service center!
