OverviewPart-Time | 8-20 hours per week We are looking for a friendly, creative, and dependable Floral Design & Customer Experience Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, flowers, and creative projects and wants to learn the art of floral design . What You'll Do Learn and assist with floral design, arrangements, and everyday shop production Welcome customers and provide a warm, helpful experience Assist customers with flower selections, orders, and special requests Support social media by helping create content, take photos/videos, and showcase our work Help maintain an attractive, clean, and organized shop Assist with deliveries, product displays, stocking, cleaning and general flower-shop tasks Support special events, holidays, weddings, and other floral projects as needed Take on other responsibilities that help the shop operate and grow What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality with an attention to detail and strong customer-service skills Creative and interested in learning floral design Reliable, organized, and willing to learn Comfortable interacting with customers in person, by phone, and through social media Previous floral experience not required—we will train you Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Ability to work some weekends and seasonal/holiday hours as needed

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 8-20 hours per week , with the opportunity for additional hours pending seasons. This is more than a retail position—it's an opportunity to learn floral design, develop creative skills, work directly with customers, and become an important part of a growing local flower shop.

Pay:

$14.00 per hour Expected hours: 8.0 - 18.0 per week
