This position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Each day, you will coordinate with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership. You will also showcase your expertise by improving customer satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite You will be mainly accountable for: Ensure the execution of the stock policy is according with the contract and KPI established, maintain the reports/presentations and follow up open actions and proactively escalated before issues arise to take actions. Lead and own communication across the organization of internal/external stakeholders, and customer issues resolution process to ensure customer's satisfaction. Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Feeder Factories, and other internal and/or external teams. Recommends appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with the related teams to ensure end-to-end handling of the request (e.g., production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoices, etc.) is in place. Monitor and control backlog in proactive approach to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information. Collaborate with customers and sales periodically to collect/receive the forecast and take appropriate actions internally with the RDC and feeder factories, using available tools and collecting additional relevant information. Monitor and develop the strategy to ensure 100 % ROTD. Build long-term relationships with customers to collaborate and improve process as needed looking at the success of the stock contract. Proactively identify fulfillment issues and communicate them to customers. Work with PMM or Engineering to provide alternate materials if possible. Qualifications for the role Preferred bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field with 6+ years relevant work experience in the following: Incoterms knowledge, customer experience success, project execution, and supply chain. Will consider associate's degree in engineering, Business administration or related field with 8+ years relevant work experience. High School Diploma with 10 plus years of experience Advanced level ability to interact and communicate (written and verbal) information to varying levels within the organization. Previous Supply Chain Experience. Advanced ability to use Microsoft Office products. Advanced ability to use SAP. Moderate ability to Project Management using MS Project or Excel. Advanced ability to stay organized and meet deadlines on administrative duties. Data Analysis & Reporting Data Analysis & Reporting.
