We're looking for a Client Experience Specialist who makes each visit feel welcoming and well organized, from first inquiry through checkout. What you'll do
- Welcome clients and keep the front desk and daily schedule running smoothly
- Answer inquiries, help clients book, and follow up after visits
- Support check-in, checkout, rebooking and clear communication with the team
- Restock supplies, track inventory and place reorders What we're looking for
- Client-facing experience: hospitality, salon/spa, retail or front desk
- Warm communication, attention to detail, comfortable juggling priorities
