What You'll Do As a Sports Customer Support Representative , you'll assist customers through a variety of digital channels, including chat, text, email, social media, direct messaging, and other non-voice platforms. You'll combine your passion for sports with your customer service skills to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, provide product guidance, and ensure customers receive timely and thoughtful support. Whether you're helping a customer find an answer, navigating a product question, or resolving an issue, you'll play an important role in turning an average customer experience into an exceptional one.
A Typical Day May Include:
Responding to incoming customer inquiries through chat, text, email, social media, and direct messaging. Assisting customers with questions related to sports products, services, and digital experiences. Researching customer concerns and providing accurate, timely solutions. Troubleshooting issues and escalating more complex concerns when necessary. Engaging with customers in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner. Supporting members of a passionate sports and fantasy sports community. Collaborating with teammates and leadership to deliver a consistent customer experience. Staying current on products, services, promotions, and relevant sports-related information. What You'll Bring to theRole:
1+ year of customer service experience in retail, banking, contact centers, consumer electronics, sports/recreation, hospitality, or a similar service-focused environment. A genuine passion for sports — whether you play, watch, coach, follow, or simply love talking about the game. Strong written communication skills, including excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with customers, teammates, and leaders. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Comfortable navigating multiple technology platforms and digital communication channels. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems, products, and processes. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. An interest in or familiarity with fantasy sports is highly preferred. Talk sports. Support fans. Build your career!Pay:
