PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known facility in Portland TN We are now hiring Customer Service Associate 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm $20/hr

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite & Excel required. SAP experience is a plus), Ability to respond to customer request via Telephone and Email some college preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

Computer Skills (Microsoft Suite & Excel required. SAP experience is a plus), Ability to respond to customer request via Telephone and Email 1.

Data entry:

Manually process customer purchase orders and update the SAP system. 2.

Filing:

Organize and maintain all shipping documents. 3. Respond to customer requests for documentation. 4. ASN input and update the customer portal 5. Provide general assistance to the customer team.
