This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and hardworking individual to join a growing company. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support to our customers, ensuring the customer's satisfaction, and facilitating the resolution of customer issues. This position will also require the ability to follow procedures and work in a team environment. Requirements Minimum of two years' experience in the ASI /promo products industry

• High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associates degree in Business or related field preferred).
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to write clear, concise, and professional correspondence.
• Must have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work with computer programs effectively including DATA ENTRY and Illustrator
• Must have strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and ability to work independently.
• Must be willing to learn new technologies and procedures as necessary.
• Must possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment.
• Must possess the ability to problem solve in situations where there are multiple variables that may affect a customer's decision on whether or not to make a purchase.
• Must possess the ability to follow procedures and adhere to company policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required for this position, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
