Compensation:

Responsibilities:

Manage all automotive paperwork, including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records Resolve customer complaints and make follow-up calls to facilitate a positive service center experience Schedule appointments for service technicians Review and verify vehicle warranty protections and service contract coverage when developing cost estimates, work orders, and other paperwork related to necessary repairs Arrange for timely vehicle pick-up at the dealership following the completion of work orders

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary Work history should include a service advisor role or other employment-related to automotive technology A valid, state-issued driver's license and clean driving record is required Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other basic computer programs is necessary A high school diploma or GED is required Experience in Advising Automotive Service About Company "Where Quality is a Tradition," Street Toyota in Amarillo, Texas, was established in 1983.
