Responsibilities:
Research and update voter registration records using multiple databases. Verify and crossreference voter information for accuracy & compliance. Answer highvolume inbound calls regarding voter registration and application status. Process voter registration applications, address changes, and related filings. Use Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel for data entry, tracking, and documentation. Maintain accurate records following county confidentiality and security guidelines. Provide professional and courteous public customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED (required.) Bachelors degree (preferred for advanced research roles.) Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience. Typing speed of 35 WPM (testing required.) Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Excellent attention to detail & organization. Professional communication skills. Reliable attendance & punctuality. Bilingual (Spanish, Vietnamese, or Chinese) strongly preferred.
