This is an active retail office position with plenty of customer interaction and variety throughout the day. Our office team works closely with customers, sales associates, management, delivery, and other departments to help keep orders accurate and provide a great customer experience from purchase through delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in person and by phone with questions, order updates, and general support Create and update customer profiles and order information Process customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards Process financing and credit applications Schedule deliveries and assist customers with delivery-related questions Maintain accurate customer and transaction records Follow up with customers to help ensure questions and concerns are resolved Communicate with sales, delivery, customer service, and management teams Assist with other office and store support responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For Friendly, professional communication and strong customer service skills Reliable and dependable attendance Self-motivated and detail-oriented Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Basic computer, office equipment, and math skills Ability and willingness to learn new systems and procedures Comfortable handling customer payments and financial information Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Previous retail, customer service, office, or cash-handling experience is preferred, but not required Furniture, financing, or credit application experience is a plus Interest in learning, growing, and future advancement opportunities Weekend availability is required. Our store is open seven days a week, and this position requires schedule flexibility based on business needs.
