Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately diagnose vehicle issues
• Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
• Prepare accurate estimates for labor and parts costs
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicles
• Upsell additional services or products as appropriate
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Job Requirements:

• 2•3 Years previous Service Advisor experience in a Ford dealership • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Maintain high CSI • Sales experience is a plus • Team Player • Must have a valid driver's license
