Overview Buscamos personas comunicativas, responsables y orientadas al servicio al cliente para integrarse a nuestro equipo.

Responsabilidades :

Atender, orientar y dar seguimiento a clientes. Identificar sus necesidades y presentar soluciones adecuadas. Explicar productos y beneficios de manera clara y profesional. Mantener relaciones de largo plazo con los clientes. Cumplir con los procesos y capacitaciones correspondientes a la posición.

Perfil:

Buena comunicación y actitud profesional. Organización, iniciativa y orientación a resultados. Español fluido; inglés es favorable. Experiencia en ventas o servicio al cliente es valorada, pero no indispensable. Ofrecemos capacitación, herramientas de trabajo y acompañamiento para que los candidatos seleccionados puedan cumplir con los requisitos correspondientes a la posición y desarrollarse dentro del equipo.
