Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Respond to service requests, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Track, document, and follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company systems. Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments. Provide updates regarding service status, facility work orders, and project timelines. Coordinate facility maintenance and repair requests from initiation through completion. Schedule and communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers. Track work orders and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities. Maintain records related to facility services, inspections, and vendor contracts.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Proven experience working in a high volume call center environment. 2+ years of customer service, facilities coordination, office administration, or related experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience working with CRM systems, ticketing systems, or work order management platforms preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Employment Type:

4+ month contract

Compensation:

$18-19.43/hr.
