Summary:

An industry-leading company in Deer Park, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work on our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service and is willing to support his or her co-workers and learn from their experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on person that wants to learn our business and grow with the company. The most qualified candidate will be customer service oriented, hard-working, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Recent graduates will be considered. Pay is based on experience. Bilingual is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting sales staff Order processing Data/CRM management Maintain relationships with customers Follow customer order trends Preparing customer quotes Quoting and scheduling freight for out-of-town customers Assisting office manager in daily tasks

Education:

• High School Diploma Required.
• Bachelors degree in business or communications preferred.
