Job Description
Bilingual Customer Support (Legal Services) We are seeking Bilingual candidates to serve as Customer Support. Our team manages incoming leads, client onboarding and ongoing support for law practices nationwide, so this role serves as the premier point of contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. In this position, you will be responsible for evaluating and qualifying incoming inquiries, delivering compassionate customer care in both English and Spanish and ensuring a smooth, professional onboarding process from the very first call. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Requirements:
Confidently handle inbound phone calls in both Spanish and English, tailoring your approach to comfortably guide each caller. Translations or interpretation may be required depending on the caller's needs. Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and be available for Holidays.Experience:
Prior Experience in customer service, call centers, sales or hospitality (legal industry preferred). Proficiency using computers and multiple screens/systems. Minimum of 35 WPM typing speed. Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards by utilizing your time and system tools effectively.Compensation:
$18.50/hr with Perfect Attendance. This is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and returning on time from any scheduled breaks, and fully completing your shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $16/hr. Benefits forFull-Time Employees:
