In this role, you'll assist clients with insurance quotes, policy changes, payments, renewals, and claims support while identifying opportunities to provide additional coverage that meets their needs. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated to grow their career in the insurance industry. No insurance experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate. Duties Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in clients. Provide auto, home, commercial, and other insurance quotes. Process policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and payments. Follow up with leads and existing customers. Explain coverage options and recommend products that meet customers' needs. Assist clients with claims questions and policy servicing. Maintain accurate customer records in the agency management system. Meet individual and team sales goals. Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Insurance experience is a plus but not required. Willing to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License within 30 days of hire (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits Pay:
