Job Description
The Service Advisor will interview customers and write down symptoms with their truck, enter data into the business system correct, coordinate incoming repairs with the service supervisor, invoice customer tickets, keep customers informed about current status repairs. Key Responsibilities and Performance Measures Interview customers about issues with their vehicle, get information from the vehicle and enter into the business system. Communicate with the supervisor about incoming jobs. Coordinate job status and quotes with customers. Invoice customers pay tickets and prepare warranty repairs. Open the building and parking lot in the morning and close both in the evenings. Maintains safe and secure environment by following safety and security standards and procedures, complying with codes. Other duties assigned by manager.
