Las Colinas Plumbing is a growing commercial plumbing company in Farmers Branch looking to hire a dispatcher. We are looking for a motivated team member who can multitask, work independently, and provide outstanding customer service.

Some of the responsibilities:

Create dispatches for service calls via phone or email request. Schedule dispatches on technicians based on skill level, priority, and area. Verify Technicians have included photos, notes, and adequate details in work orders. Follow up with customers in a timely manner on open service calls when needed. Enter, update, and retrieve information from a variety of computer programs. Work with Office Manager and Service Managers on additional task that may be needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (Required) Detail oriented (Required) Strong communication skills (Required) Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (Required) Dispatching experience (Required)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm
