- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Assist with wireless sales, electronics sales, jewelry sales, and other retail areas as needed
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in Spanish or other languages
- Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions and providing accurate change
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
