This is a great contract opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment. You'll support inbound mortgage servicing calls and play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional customer experience. This position offers the chance to join a team with an established need and be part of a supportive environment where your communication skills can make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Handle inbound mortgage servicing calls professionally Assist customers with account-related questions and requests Provide clear and accurate information on services Document call details and updates in system records Follow established procedures and call center guidelines Deliver excellent service in a high-volume environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Previous call center experience required Strong verbal communication and active listening skills Ability to manage multiple customer calls efficiently Professional, customer-focused approach Comfort working in a fast-paced service environment Nice to
Have Skills & Experience:
Mortgage servicing experience Prior experience handling inbound customer support calls Experience with call tracking or CRM systems
