ServiceMaster Clean by Prime Position Summary ServiceMaster Clean by Prime is looking for a motivated, dependable Client Services Coordinator to support our growing commercial cleaning operations. This is a hands-on field position focused on client relations, quality control, employee support and training, and business development. You'll visit client locations, inspect services, communicate with cleaning teams, address concerns, help with account startups, and identify opportunities to grow existing and new accounts. This position is designed for someone who wants to grow with the company and has the potential to advance into an Account Manager or operations leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Field Support Conduct routine client visits and quality inspections. Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify service needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up on service concerns and ensure corrective actions are completed. Communicate account updates and concerns to management and the Field Supervisor. Assist with new account startups and client walkthroughs. Employee Support & Training Check in with cleaning employees and provide field support. Assist with training employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, safety, and client expectations. Identify performance and training needs and communicate them to management. Provide hands-on cleaning support when needed due to call-offs, startups, quality concerns, or operational needs. Business Development & Account Growth Identify prospective commercial cleaning customers and new business opportunities. Assist with prospect follow-up, walkthroughs, proposals, and new account development. Identify opportunities for additional services such as floor care, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialty services. Support customer retention and company revenue growth. Participate in networking, marketing, and business development activities as needed. Documentation & Follow-Up Maintain accurate inspection reports, client notes, photos, and follow-up documentation. Track client concerns and ensure items are followed through to completion. Maintain professional communication with clients, employees, and management. What We're Looking For Strong communication and customer service skills. Professional, dependable, organized, and accountable. Comfortable communicating with clients and cleaning employees. Able to work independently and take initiative. Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize quality issues. Comfortable training and coaching employees. Comfortable assisting with sales and building customer relationships. Willing to perform hands-on commercial cleaning when necessary. Commercial cleaning, customer service, sales, or account management experience preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel throughout the DFW area. Flexibility for occasional evening or weekend needs.
Compensation & Growth Starting Pay:
$20.00/hour Commission opportunities for qualifying new recurring accounts and additional services sold to existing clients. Performance-based retention and quality bonuses.
