In addition to supporting personal insurance lines, this position emphasizes delivering excellent customer service and expanding the agency's presence in the Multifamily housing sector. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, changes, and coverage options Build and maintain strong client relationships through in-person and phone interactions Present and sell personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, and renters policies Proactively identify client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions Support and expand the agency's presence in the Multifamily housing market and other commercial areas Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and collaborate with the internal team to meet sales and service goals Qualifications Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Sales-oriented mindset with relationship-building skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required Why Join DRH Insurance Group?
