Job Description

Required Education/Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Banking or customer service experience preferred but not required. Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
Necessary Skills & Abilities:
Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to troubleshoot basic electronic banking and device-related issues. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions. Ability to apply judgment and decision-making skills in routine service situations.
Physical Activity/Dexterity:
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry.
Working Conditions/Environment:
Indoor office environment that is well-lit and climate-controlled, with heating and air conditioning designed to provide a comfortable and productive workspace. Moderate noise levels in a professional office environment , with regular exposure to conversations, telephone communications, and the operation of standard office equipment in a collaborative work setting.
