What You Will Do:
Build Strong Customer Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with customers across your assigned territory to support their operational success.
Drive Product Support Sales:
Promote and sell maintenance services, repair parts, extended warranties, and other solutions that maximize customer uptime and business performance.
Deliver Customer Solutions:
Identify customer needs and provide tailored recommendations backed by a solid understanding of products and services.
Stay Informed:
Represent the company on-site, including occasionally testing or operating equipment as needed to support customer needs.
Collaborate & Grow:

What You Will Need:
Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to clearly communicate, build trust, and effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
Technical & Product Aptitude:
Willingness and ability to learn product knowledge and basic technical information to support customer solutions.
Customer Service Mindset:
A commitment to delivering excellent service and consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Professionalism & Teamwork:
Ability to represent the company positively while maintaining strong working relationships with peers and leadership.
Valid Work Authorization:
