Overview Seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to join our team specializing in surgical instruments and medical supplies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support healthcare professionals by providing outstanding client service, technical assistance, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding surgical instruments and medical supplies via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and troubleshooting to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate data entry of orders, client information, and inventory records using Microsoft Office applications. Process outbound calls to follow up on orders, gather feedback, and promote additional products or services. Provide technical support related to product specifications, usage instructions, and compatibility issues. Handle customer transactions accurately to ensure proper documentation of sales. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette. Assist in inventory management, including packaging, ordering, shipping, as needed. Perform other job related duties, as needed or requested. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or retail environment; experience with medical supplies or surgical instruments is a plus. Multilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clientele. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with basic data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume outbound calling while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in typing and data management. Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide effective solutions through problem-solving skills.
