Job Description

- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Promote and upsell loan services
- Take inbound and outbound calls
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, cash handling and multi phone system.
