The Role As the first point of contact, our Client Services Representatives (CSR) set the tone for the entire patient visit. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a bustling environment and is passionate about supporting both people and their pets.

What You'll Do:

Be the Face of the

Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients and pets. Manage the

Handle multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and coordinate urgent care arrivals.

Maintain accurate digital medical records and assist with essential administrative tasks.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Prior experience as a CSR in a veterinary hospital or animal related field is
