This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and providing excellent service in a professional office environment. Responsibilities Assist customers with questions and general insurance needs Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide friendly customer service Assist with policy information, documentation, and account updates Communicate with customers professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks Support the office team with day-to-day operations Qualifications Customer service or insurance experience is preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and organized Comfortable learning new systems and procedures Ability to work independently while also being a team player Must be willing to learn and complete any required training or licensing Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly Spanish Experience is great, but we are willing to train the right person! We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers.
