About the Role Dental Depot DFW is looking for a friendly, dependable Call Center Representative to be the first voice our patients hear. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls for our DFW locations, book appointments, and make sure every patient feels taken care of before they ever walk in the door. What You'll Do Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, upbeat manner Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments across multiple offices Verify dental insurance benefits and explain coverage basics to patients Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, recall/reactivation, and unscheduled treatment follow-up Accurately enter and update patient information in the practice management system Answer general questions about services, hours, locations, and payment options Route clinical questions to the right office team member Handle patient concerns with patience and escalate when needed Meet daily call volume, conversion, and quality goals What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED 1+ year in a call center, customer service, or front-office role (dental or medical a plus) Clear, warm phone presence and strong listening skills Comfortable with computers and able to type while talking Organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm during busy stretches Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Nice to Have Experience with dental practice management software Familiarity with dental insurance terminology and verification Schedule Full-time. Some evening and Saturday shifts required based on office hours.
