No merchant services or finance experience required — we have a structured two-day training program and ongoing coaching that will get you up to speed. What you'll do Call small business owners across the country to introduce our payments program Have real conversations — answer questions, handle the occasional "not right now" with a smile, and keep things moving Book qualified appointments for our account executives to follow up Keep clean notes in our system so the next step is easy for everyone Hit daily activity and appointment goals with a team that's cheering you on Who does well here People who've worked in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, call centers, front desk, collections, reception, or anywhere else that meant talking to strangers all day Anyone who can pick up a phone without overthinking it — that's the one thing we can't train Clear, friendly communicators who stay upbeat after a "no" Reliable, coachable, and competitive with themselves Comfortable with basic computer work (CRM, email, spreadsheets) What you get Hourly base plus bonuses tied to appointments set — your effort shows up in your check Paid, hands-on training from day one A defined promotion path into account executive and closing roles, with residual income potential as you grow Voluntary medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits after 30 days.
