POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be the customer's primary point of contact. They will be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance and interacting with multiple levels of management and personnel to support project schedules. They will be self-motivated and able to multi-task and be extremely well organized. The preferred candidate will have Customer Service principles, practices, inside sales with a background in oil & gas industry and have a comfortable work ability in a shop/technical environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support the outside sales team, figure and deliver job quotes Acquire Customer PO Complete work order set-up Search/source products and services required for projects Schedule shipping & set up logistics Serve as liaison between the customer, suppliers and various departments Project management Communicate job specifications with manufacturing team Interface daily with engineering/manufacturing regarding delivery schedules Must have experience / knowledge of relief & line valves Must be familiar with materials, preferably metals & elastomers Preferred background in the oil & gas industry Mechanical aptitude Excellent communication skills, verbal, written, electronic and face to face Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as all computer application skills Experience in preparing quotes & project reports Must be able to move about in multiple work environments (office to manufacturing

Education and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CSR position Excellent time management / multi-tasking Superior communication skills Organized with strong attention to detail Shipping / Logistics Advanced Internet research abilities Ability to find solutions to challenging opportunities Flexible to change in work structure
Language Skills:
Must be able to read and write English / additional languages a plus but not expected Ability to read and interpret common scientific and technical journals and blueprints. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply concepts such as basic fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
