Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Position Responsibilities:
- Answering questions and helping clients complete the application process
- Filing
- Accuracy of all reports and paperwork
- Phone work - bank calls, client reminder calls, and collection calls
- Provide exceptional client service at all times
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficient operation of computer to include MS Word and Excel
- Previous industry experience a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Maintain confidentiality of all company and client information
- Some travel to various banks
