full-time Join Gans & Smith Insurance Agency as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, where you will manage renewals, policy servicing, and client relationships to ensure profitable growth, account retention, and long-term client satisfaction.

Market renewal business, determine premiums, and prepare and present proposals to clients Maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier, and manage the expiration control log to stay ahead of upcoming renewals Process renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages, and signatures, and ensure timely delivery to the client Receive phone calls from clients and carriers regarding insurance, claims, or administrative issues, resolving directly or referring to the producer/agency manager when necessary Maintain a suspense system in AMS360 to track outstanding orders, correspondence, reports, and overdue items Process policy cancellations, including Lost Policy Release handling and carrier submission Maintain electronic and/or paper files in AMS360 in an orderly, up-to-date manner Identify and log cross-sell/upsell opportunities during renewal conversations Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations

Qualifications :

The company is willing to train the right candidate. High school diploma or equivalent experience Experience with AMS360 or other agency management systems is a plus, Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Active P&C insurance license preferred, but not required - willing to train the right candidate Experience in Personal Lines preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills
