Speaker Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Associate and Customer Service Representative . This role combines exceptional customer service, relationship-building, and sales to create an outstanding first impression for every patient. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly and professionally Schedule new patient consultations and manage appointment flow Build relationships with prospective patients and families Follow up with leads and help patients begin treatment Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Coordinate with doctors and team members to provide an exceptional patient experience Handle scheduling challenges and solve problems with confidence Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, positive, and professional personality Strong phone skills and confidence speaking with people Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong computer and typing skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent follow-up and problem-solving skills Dependable, self-motivated, and a team player Preferred Experience Customer service or sales experience Medical, dental, or orthodontic office experience (preferred but not required) Experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Why Join Speaker Orthodontics?
