High school diploma or GED required, with some College experience preferred Previous experience in a customer-facing and solutions-based role Knowledge of basic math calculations, especially in relation to cash, bills, etc. Basic computer and typing skills including MS Office, Word, and Excel Collaborative and solutions-oriented communication skills Ability to read and understand regulations and procedures; uses grammatically correct and clear communication Ability to effectively utilize resources available to accurately and efficiently solve problems Cash handling experience, preferred Spanish-speaking skills are a bonus, though not essential for the role A service-oriented relationship builder with an efficient and precise work ethic What you'll do as theBranch Services Representative:
