7:00 AM-1:00 PM or 12:00 PM-7:00 PM (shift varies) Job Summary One Dollar Fifty Cleaners is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service at the front counter. This position assists customers with garment drop-offs and pickups, processes transactions, and ensures a positive customer experience. No experience is required—we are happy to train the right candidate. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Receive garments for cleaning and accurately tag customer orders.
Process customer pickups and payments.
Answer customer questions regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
Operate the cash register and point-of-sale system.
Maintain accurate customer records and receipts.
Keep the front counter and lobby clean and organized.
Communicate with production staff regarding customer orders as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
No experience required; employer will provide training.
No education requirement.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
