Summary:
The Customer Portal Specialist is responsible for managing customer portal billing across several key accounts which includes assisting branches with set up of customers in Bill Trust, keying of invoices into the customer portals, assisting with dispute resolution, and working closely with the credit team to provide invoice status updates by going into each portal to research payment information.What You'll Do:
Ensure Invoices are submitted timely per customer guidelines Research, reconcile, and review e-billing submissions for accuracy and resubmit invoices if necessary Escalate issues and approvals as needed Review all web-based customer's open Accounts Receivable per credit and branch's request Special projects and other duties as assigned (POD request, focused account reviews, etc.) Work with branches on aging dispute resolution Other duties as assignedJob Duties Disclaimer:

Qualifications What You'll Need 1+ years of billing/data entry experience preferred Data entry, billing, dispute resolution, and/or customer service experience a plus High School or GED- Required 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Intermediate Excel Skills Detailed/Organized Must be able to listen and follow directions quickly and efficiently Experience with a wide array of e-billing portals preferred Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, while showing a solid work ethic in a fast-paced, demanding environment Possess excellent research and follow-up skills
